Abstract
The author provides an overview of developments in fighting the phenomenon of trafficking of human beings in 2013 in Hungary. The ratification of the Council of Europe Convention on Action against THB, the implementation of the 2011/36/EU Directive, and the new Criminal Code are in focus.
